Ode to a RoosterThey amble
In a yard
Sheltered by leaves
Twenty-odd chickens
Two strutting,
Now three, he
Remembered his crown;
Red and lopsided
Over intense eyes,
Flies frozen in
Dark amber. He
Knows he could
Be a meal. He
Stares in the
Face of death,
Red crown flopping
Over frozen fly
Eyes. Around
Him his court;
Two princes plot,
Strutting, planning
To steal away
The throne. The hens
Are on their side,
Crowding around their
Valiant princes as
They scratch, peck
And cluck the day
Away. Oblivious,
The king struts across
The shielded yard,
Light dappled
Over his cape
And red crown
Casting shade
On frozen fly eyes.

This is very good for people learning! Least I'd say so XD

For sketches I'd agree but I'd of added construction to it as that makes humaniods way easy. (but to each their own of course

)
For me when I sketch besides the construction I do it's pretty clean XD but I think that's just from years of experience mostly and that's only for my drawings with my animation it's a total mess! Like hard to see the drawing sometimes! But again it does boil I think down to the style I'm doing if I'm new to it I'm more messy than if I'm used to it.

I'ma going to fave this as I forgot what you told me about the glowyness >.<

So um I give you 1000 points of awesome for this. Better than anything I could put out I think.
